Bottom line: the only real cost is one cheap domain (from ~$10/year). Vapi even gives you a free $10 credit — enough to test through the whole course. The one exception: if you can't get an international card for free Google Cloud hosting, a small paid host runs ~$10/mo for about 3 months. Otherwise, no servers to rent and no surprise charges.
